By using Memento Calendar ("App"), developed by Ilyas Torun, you agree to these Terms of Use.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality in the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Ilyas Torun and protected by Turkish and international copyright and trademark laws.
Memento Calendar offers optional premium subscriptions — Monthly and Yearly — with auto-renewal unless canceled.
New users receive a 7-day free trial on the Yearly plan. You will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases. You authorize Apple to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription anytime via App Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 6502), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or email us at ilyastorun.dev@gmail.com.
After 14 days, refunds are subject to Apple's standard refund policy and granted at Apple's discretion.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, Ilyas Torun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or profits.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the app and take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
